COLD SPLICE MATERIALS

Suprabakti supplies Rema TipTop’s REMABOND SC-2000 and SC-4000 cold bonding system, featuring a ‘two-component’ formula of glue and hardener. Specifically crafted for abrasion-resistant belt qualities, REMABOND cement guarantees hassle-free application and delivers reliable, sturdy bonds.
Moreover, REMABONDs serve as highly efficient bonding agents for pulley lagging. SC Series Cements from REMA TIP TOP excel in wear and corrosion protection, along with pulley lagging applications. SC Series Cements provide exceptional bonding strength for diverse materials, including rubber-to-rubber, rubber-to-fabric, rubber-to-metal, and fabric-to-fabric bonds.
Rema TipTop’s SC Series Cements offer optimum intervals for contact bonding and longer pot life, with superior initial and final bonding strength. We advise bonding REMA TIP TOP products using the CN bonding layer for the best adhesion.

MLT developed a groundbreaking Super-Screw splice for conveyor belts, offering a blend of strength and reliability akin to vulcanized splices but without the downtime associated with endless belt fabrication. This fastening solution can be effortlessly installed on any conveyor belt, even in challenging access environments, minimizing installation time and maximizing efficiency.
Crafted from multi-ply rubber, Super-Screw fasteners utilize specially designed self-tapping screws to securely attach to the belt. By spreading the carcass threads without cutting through them entirely, Super-Screw ensures belt integrity while providing exceptional durability. Furthermore, Super-Screw can be fitted with one, two, or three rows of screws, depending on the needs of the application.
