Wear Protection Solution
Arcoplate Solution - (Alloy Steel)
Alloy Steel Plate for Wear Protection
In bulk handling and heavy industries, abrasion and material buildup often result in equipment wear, which leads to energy loss, frequent downtime, and costly maintenance. PT Suprabakti Mandiri supplies Arcoplate, manufactured by Alloy Steel International, in Indonesia to address these issues.
Arcoplate is a fused alloy steel plate with high chromium carbide content, engineered for maximum wear resistance and smooth material flow. The plate’s patented, computer-controlled production for consistent hardness, even wear life, and low friction across every sheet.
Arcoplate is used in high-impact and high-wear applications such as chutes, hoppers, conveyors, and transfer points where anti-hang-up performance is critical. Its smooth surface prevents material build-up and improves flow efficiency.
Each Arcoplate system can be supplied as a complete wear protection kit, customized to fit specific equipment. Options include stud bolts, countersunk inserts, and pre-pressed shapes for fast installation and minimal maintenance.
Arcoplate is available in specialized grades to meet different levels of resistance.
Arcoplate 1600
Premium Wear Plate for Heavy-Duty Applications
Arcoplate 1600 is a high-performance alloy steel plate that provides outstanding wear resistance with a hardness above 630 HV30. Its dense chromium carbide overlay gives high abrasion and impact resistance while maintaining a smooth, anti-hang-up surface. Suitable for temperatures up to 600°C, Arcoplate 1600 is ideal for handling abrasive materials.
Arcoplate 1600T
Extreme Wear Protection for the Harshest Conditions
Arcoplate 1600T is engineered for environments exposed to the most severe abrasion and elevated temperatures up to 800°C. Its alloy matrix is enriched with tungsten carbides, filling the gaps between chromium carbides to create an exceptionally dense and uniform wear layer.
This composition improves wear life and impact resistance while preserving smooth material flow. The 1600T’s consistency and toughness make it ideal for high-stress applications where downtime is costly.
UHMW Solution - (Tivar Engineer)
Friction-Free Flow and Superior Abrasion Resistance
Industries handling bulk materials such as mining, power generation, cement, and agriculture face issues with material flow. Sticky, fine, or moist materials often cause arching, ratholing, and buildup in chutes, hoppers, silos, and truck beds.
These blockages reduce flow efficiency, increase energy consumption, and cause costly unplanned downtime. Conventional steel or rubber liners increase friction and wear over time, worsening hang-up and leading to frequent maintenance.
PT Suprabakti Mandiri provides advanced wear and flow solutions through TIVAR™ UHMW-PE from Mitsubishi Chemical Group. TIVAR™ UHMW-PE liners are self-lubricating, low-friction, and highly abrasion- and corrosion-resistant.
UHMW-PE is an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene that improves the material flow of processing and transport equipment. Each material in the TIVAR™ product family is produced for specific operating environments and application requirements.
TIVAR™ 88
Low-Friction Liner for Reliable Bulk Material Flow
TIVAR™ 88 is the industry benchmark for improving flow performance in bulk handling systems. Its ultra-low coefficient of friction allows dry or moist materials such as coal, cement, fertilizer, or limestone to slide freely through hoppers, chutes, and bunkers.
The material prevents surface wear and contamination, while its non-stick properties eliminate arching and buildup. TIVAR™ 88 liners can be supplied as kits for quick installation.
TIVAR™ 88 promotes steady and predictable material flow while resisting abrasion, corrosion, and chemical attack. It does not absorb moisture or swell, keeping performance stability over time. Supplied in pre-cut kits for faster installation and reduced maintenance requirements.
TIVAR™ 88-2
Enhanced Self-Lubricating Grade For Outdoor And High-Friction Conditions
TIVAR™ 88-2 builds on the proven performance of TIVAR™ 88 with added lubricants and UV stabilization. It gives the lowest friction of all TIVAR™ grades and maintains performance under sunlight, humidity, and temperature changes.
This grade is ideal for outdoor installations such as truck dump hoppers, open conveyors, and transfer chutes. It can also be fabricated and welded into seamless liners for large or complex equipment.
QuickSilver™ HD
Heavy-Duty Truck Liner for Fast and Clean Unloading
QuickSilver™ HD is a premium UHMW-PE liner intended for the most demanding haulage operations. It ensures smooth material release in dump trucks carrying coal, gravel, salt, clay, or fly ash, eliminating carryback and the need for flow agents.
Its high impact strength protects truck beds from abrasion and corrosion, extending service life while improving unloading efficiency. QuickSilver™ HD can be installed in both on-road and off-road equipment using pre-fabricated liner kits for quick installation and long-term operational reliability.
Adhesive System Solution (Megapoxy)
Reliable Bonding Agent for UHMW Applications
In bulk material handling systems, applying UHMW liners to steel or concrete surfaces requires strong, durable adhesion to withstand impact, vibration, and temperature changes. PT Suprabakti Mandiri provides the Megapoxy Adhesive System, a high-performance epoxy bonding solution, trusted across industries for over 30 years.
Developed by Megapoxy, this industrial-grade epoxy system provides strength, chemical resistance, and long-term stability. This bonding agent provides reliable adhesion between UHMW panels and equipment surfaces in demanding conditions, minimizing detachment risks and maintenance downtime. Suprabakti integrates Megapoxy technology into UHMW installations across for optimal liner performance and extended service life.
Megapoxy PM
High-Strength Structural Epoxy for Precision Bonding
Megapoxy PM is a versatile epoxy paste adhesive for civil, construction, and industrial applications that demand durable, high-strength bonds. With excellent tensile and compressive strength, it adheres reliably to steel, concrete, and composite surfaces, including UHMW panels used in chutes, hoppers, and conveyors.
Its non-sag formulation and easy 1:1 mixing ratio make it suitable for vertical and overhead work. Resistant to chemicals and adverse site conditions, Megapoxy PM cures into a tough, elastic bond capable of absorbing vibration, temperature variation, and movement.
Megapoxy PM simplifies installation with easy mixing and application, even in complex or elevated positions. It provides long-lasting adhesion under thermal and mechanical stress, reducing the need for mechanical fasteners. Ideal for bonding, gap filling, and concrete repair, it ensures secure and stable liner attachment for heavy-duty environments.
Megapoxy HICB
Heavy-Duty Epoxy Grout for Impact and Vibration Resistance
Megapoxy HICB is a high-impact crusher backing and grouting compound formulated to secure machinery and absorb dynamic forces during operation. Its strength and low shrinkage make it the preferred solution for high-load applications and equipment subject to intense vibration.
Used as a backing compound for rock crushers, machinery choking, or base plate grouting, Megapoxy HICB provides durable support and alignment stability. The 100% solid, two-part epoxy system enables consistent performance and long service life, even in harsh environments.
Megapoxy HICB enhances machine reliability by reducing vibration and wear at contact points. Its pourable consistency allows easy application and thorough bonding.
