Taper Trough Trackers
The Tru-Trac® Taper Trough Tracker performs the best tracing on the conveyor belt's load-carrying side. This design refined over 15 years of research and development, is highly responsive, and activates quickly on conveyor systems that are both loaded and unloaded.
The Taper Trough Tracker can be used on conveyor belts that are either unidirectional or bidirectional as the taper wing rollers are set up inline. Tracking is carried out using tapered wing rollers that are lagged and designed to work with 35° and 45° belts.
As the belt travels off center, the tapered wing rollers activate the tracker immediately, ensuring that the belt edges do not come into contact at 90°.
