Conveyor belt lifter is a tool or device used to lift and support a conveyor belt for maintenance, repair, or replacement of rollers, idlers, and other components. These lifters are designed to reduce manual labor, improve safety, and cut downtime in industries like mining, manufacturing, logistics, etc.

During the idler replacements, it is important to ensure safety and minimal downtime. In order to stop rollers, technicians frequently turn to risky procedures like handling them manually, which leads to downtime and entails serious risks to worker safety.

To tackle this issue, Suprabakti presents a TechnoEasy Lift Belt Lifter, ensuring both safety and efficiency in the roller replacement process. This revolutionary inflatable conveyor belt lifter allows technicians to lift high-tension belts without having to decrease the belt tension, utilizing pressure on the lifting bag for quick and secure operations.

TechnoEasy Lift Belt Lifter is thoughtfully designed for lifting conveyor belts of varied widths, including 500-800mm, 1000-1200mm, 1400-1600mm, and 1800-2000mm. It is light enough for one technician to operate, weighing between 5 and 20 kg. TechnoEasy Lift has an impressive life span, capable of surviving up to 5000 cycles with its lifting bag.

TechnoEasy Lift sales package includes an adjustment frame, base plate frame, pump, hose, pressure gauge, and a lifting bag. This Conveyor Belt Lifter can elevate belts up to 15 cm and has a lifting radius of 1.5m on both the right and left sides, allowing technicians to quickly replace up to three rollers at once, reducing downtime and enhancing efficiency.

How to replace rollers with a belt lifter

  • Place the TechnoEasy Lift on the conveyor frame, maintaining a 100 mm distance from the idler frame to prevent contact
  • Inflate the TechnoEasy Lift to around 0.34 bar/5 psi to access the roller
  • Before maintenance, make sure there are no objects between the belt and rollers
  • Deflate and remove TechnoEasy Lift from the conveyor frame.
  • Before restarting the operation, make sure the rollers are properly installed

One-way valve cap

The one-way valve cap facilitates effective inflation by granting air to enter while blocking its escape, making for quick and hassle-free operation.

usage instructions:

  • Remove the one-way valve cap by rotating it a ¼ turn clockwise
  • Attach the end of the hose to the valve and insert it by rotating a ¼ turn anti-clockwise to inflate
  • Once inflated, remove the hose and close the valve cap
  • Adjust the rollers as needed
  • To deflate, remove the cap and press the valve plunger with the spring in the middle.
  • Replace the cap after deflation to protect the valve from dirt or damage
