Enclosures
Safe-T-Products enclosures are offered in three options: 2mm electro-polished stainless steel; 3mm 5052 aluminum with 6061 aluminum cable gland entrances and powder-coated with a halogen-free, low smoke orange polyester coating; or high impact, UV-stable, flame-retardant orange PC/PBT plastic.

Emergency Stop Push Button
Safe-T-Products Emergency Stop Push Button is made for use in industrial, food processing, and mining applications. This device is wired in series with the machine control unit and features a specialized safety contact block to guarantee reliability upon activation. With a simple push of the mushroom head button, the circuit is interrupted, instantly cutting power to the machine for swift and effective emergency shutdown.

Push Button Stations (PBS)
Push Button Station (PBS) is designed to maintain a consistent IP rating even with controls of lover water jet ratings. The enclosure lids are made with the capacity for up to three 22mm diameter panel mount auxiliary control holes. These holes accommodate controls from our standard range, including buttons, 45˚ selector switches, indicator lights, and potentiometers.
Each control can have a maximum of five contact blocks fitted. The PBS’s unique design secures the enclosure’s IP certification even when using lower-rated controls. This allows protection for PBS devices installed in specially designed shrouds to IP 66/67 and IP69K rated.

Safe-T-Pull
Emergency Stop Pull Wire Switch is a safety device to stop the system when a malfunction indication occurs and prevent accidents around the conveyor. Safe-T-Pull features manual trip activation through the reset knob and promptly responds to the removal, over-tensioning, or activation of trip wires, ensuring a rapid and efficient emergency response.

Safe-T-Rip
Safe-T-Rip Heavy Duty Belt Rip is a safety device designed to halt the system upon detecting a longitudinal tear in the belt. Operating through magnetic or mechanical mechanisms, it relies on the reliability of reliability of reed or microswitches. Encapsulated in a durable, UV-stable, impact-modified, flame-retardant enclosure, this device ensures protection for conveyor systems.
Easily adjustable external settings for various trip tensions to suit specific requirements. Additionally, an external Santoprene rubber boot effectively prevents dust and dirt from entering the plug and magnetic socket assembly, assuring compliance with IP67 standards.

SAFE-T-DRIFT
The Safe-T-Drift is a heavy-duty Belt Misalignment Switch designed for high-speed belt applications. It features a cam-driven drift alarm micro switch with adjustable points for precise control. It is meant for use with either the right or left hand on the shaft. Its characteristic dual-direction sprung cam operator system, combined with an IP66/67 high-speed roller, guarantees dependable performance even in the most harmful conditions.
